Jack ( a mate ) and I have being coding Penguin cms for a couple of weeks and now its in beta.
Penguin has a really easy installer and a Config file, allowing you to update the whole site in seconds, ( timed it 45 seconds, Download , Editing, Uploading) Soon when its out of beta you will be able to update it on the server!, or Cmod it to make it unreadable.
Its still in beta so don’t use it on a live site, but we are looking for feedback.
Any ways that me rambling time for you to decide what you think.

It may be simple, but it certainly is powerful
If interested you need to apply for a BETA via the website.

Simple is Good, I might try it when its out of Beta.
Its really easy to update the Css as well
